HARRY Styles has got a body that makes me push my boyfriend to the gym more.

And now the secret to his ripped new body has been revealed — he’s joined a hardcore boxing gym.

Insiders tell me Harry is visiting the elite club to push himself to the limit.

A source said: “Harry’s really got into boxing recently and become a regular at a tough boxing gym in central London.

“He has one-to-one sessions with the trainers there and has been really pushing himself on the bags.

“The gym is focused on helping people be the best boxers they can be.

“As well as improving Harry’s fitness, he’ll be honing his own boxing abilities.

“The training he does has all been inspired by athletes you’ve seen in the ring, like Tyson Fury and Anthony Joshua.

“There’s no messing around.”

No wonder Harry’s been looking so stacked.

His new boxing moves could come in handy, given the issue he had recently with an alleged stalker, who is back in court on April 19.

Since he finished his Love On Tour tour last year, Harry has been enjoying some well-deserved down time.

After coming back from a holiday with his girlfriend Taylor Russell in January, he’s been spotted all over London.

After his last album, Harry’s House, went straight to No1 and stayed there for yonks, the former One Direction singer has been laying down tracks for the follow-up.

Harry said that despite having time off, he never stopped working and said of his long-standing co-writers Kid Harpoon and Tyler Johnson: “We’ve always tried to not really stop writing.

“Because it feels like you have this big stop and then you come back to it, and can feel like you’re either trying to prove something or follow something up.

“We’re kind of always writing and try to have the same intention behind what we’re making.”

JAX Jones suffered with anger issues for years and even had to have therapy at the age of five to deal with it.

The chart-topping producer and DJ said: “Back in primary school, Mum said I was throwing chairs around and stuff.

“I had to see a therapist at five, where I drew this picture.

“She said, ‘Draw your family’, and I was crossing people out.

“I had a bunch of that. The anger is still there but I’ve done therapy in the last few years because I wanted to prepare for fatherhood, and it’s now more about accepting that what I’ve experienced doesn’t need to define me, and being OK with myself.”

He said on the Headliners podcast: “I didn’t realise how angry I was until I met people who weren’t angry.

“It was my wife. She would say, ‘Why are you shouting?’ You get taught that it’s all or nothing in your life.

“I would just assume that if we weren’t all good, it was all bad.”

CAMILA LUVS A FRESH SOUND

AFTER two years away, Camila Cabello is back with an entirely different sound.

Her latest tune, I Luv It, dropped earlier today.

She purrs over hip-hop beats in the verses, singing: “When he leaves, I gotta follow. I’m blacking out, I’m on a spiral. I need you now, and tomorrow.”

Then in the trippy chorus, Camila repeats the title at speed.

She has teamed up with rapper Playboi Carti for the track, which signals an exciting new direction after the release of three other solo albums.

Camila released a snippet of the track on TikTok earlier this month which divided fans – and the full track is likely to get people talking too.

There have been rumours in recent weeks about a Fifth Harmony reunion this year, seven years after she left the group.

But by the sound of this single, Camila is moving further away from her girlband roots than ever before.

JEREMY WOULD BOSS IT

BRUCE Springsteen is the latest star to get the biopic treatment – and Jeremy Allen White is the top choice to play him.

The Boss and his manager Jon Landau are involved in the film, which will be about the making of his 1982 album Nebraska.

Jeremy, best known for TV series The Bear, shares a striking resemblance to a young Bruce, so he would be perfect.

According to US sources, if he does sign up, he would fly to New Jersey in the autumn to begin production.

Luc who’s with Shakira

SHAKIRA and Lucien Laviscount starred opposite each other in the video for her new single Punteria.

But perhaps they could soon be more than just co-stars, after heading out for dinner together in New York on Tuesday.

The Emily In Paris actor was in the crowd as Shakira sang to 40,000 fans in Times Square, the largest audience ever for a performance there.

Afterwards, he joined the singer and her team for a meal, so I wouldn’t be surprised if romance blossoms.

Shakira released new album Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran last week and it is already the most-streamed record of 2024.

Lucien would be a very lucky lad . . . 

BEY & DOLLY MIXTURE

BEYONCE has teased she will collaborate with Dolly Parton on a cover of Jolene.

She will drop her eagerly anticipated album Cowboy Carter on Friday, and released a pic on Instagram today which appeared to show the tracklist.

It includes a version of the 1973 hit which looks like it will feature Dolly herself.

Titles of other songs include Spaghetti, Bodyguard, American Requiem and Blackbird.
